HOW TO CHECK IF THE PELLET IS ENplus® CERTIFIED

Don't just look at the logo. Check the ENplus® code and confirm the certification. When purchasing pellets, it is important to know what you are really buying. The presence of a logo on the bag is not enough on its own. To make a proper check, look for the official ENplus® mark, the unique ENplus® ID code of the certified company, and the quality class of the pellet. With a few simple steps, you can check the certification before making a purchase.

1.    FIND THE ENplus® ID

Look on the pellet bag and search for the official ENplus® mark. A complete ENplus® seal includes the ENplus® mark and the unique ENplus® ID code of the certified company. The code consists of letters and numbers, for example, XX 000, where the letters correspond to the country. Do not rely solely on the logo. Also look for the ENplus® ID.

2.  CHECK THE QUALITY CLASS

The bag should indicate the quality class of the certified pellet, such as: ENplus® A1 ENplus® A2 ENplus® B The quality class is part of the information that the consumer should check. Ensure that the class listed on the packaging matches the product you are purchasing.

3.  PERFORM THE ONLINE CHECK

After finding the ENplus® ID, perform an online check in the official ENplus® database. Search for the company or the ENplus® ID and check the status of the certification. WHAT SHOULD YOU CHECK? ✔ That the company appears in the official ENplus® database. ✔ That the certification is active. ✔ That the ENplus® ID corresponds to the company. ✔ That the information you see online matches the product information. If the details do not match, do not assume the product is certified without further checking.
